Sarah I am writing this email to inform you that my husband and I were recently married and we are so incredibly impressed with our videographer's that we want to share our thoughts with you and the local community. Bill and I live in New Hampshire and were married at the Villa Borghese in Wappinger Falls on July 19, 2008. It was taxing on us to find vendors for our wedding due to the incredible distance so we had to rely exclusively on referrals made by the Villa Borghese to hire folks. Of course unfamiliarity breeds suspicion and anxiety. All Bill and I could hope for is that we made the right vendor choices for our wedding day. We really wanted a video of the wedding and Jim and Kathy Culhane of Artistic Images in Stormville New York were recommended to us, so we called them for an appointment. The first time I spoke to Mr. Culhane, I had a feeling he would be the one we would hire to do the video imaging. Call it a hunch, but he spent a tremendous amount of time talking with me long distance to see exactly what we wanted. His was personality was upbeat and his insights valuable. At no time during our conversations did he pull the "proverbial" sales pitch. He spent his time getting to know Bill and I and inquired about our special moments together. When I asked to set up an appointment to meet him and his wife, he allowed us to pick the time, despite his busy schedule, as he knew we were out of state. When we met in person, he and Kathy made up feel like we have known them a lifetime. They made us comfortable, explained all the details, showed us packages, and even showed us a video of their work. We were so impressed with the entire experience we hired them for our special day. In the interim, Jim and Kathy made many calls to Bill and I in order to inquire as to our music choices, our attendant list and the like. They left no detail to chance. Not once did we have to call to follow-up with them as they were all over the job. We felt as though we were number one to them and despite their many contracts, they always made us feel we were the only wedding coming up. Even when my indecisiveness kicked in, they were there to offer professional ideas and helped relieve my pre wedding stress. When we inquired about them performing a photo montage and same day edit at the wedding (which was not something they generally offer as a service) they agreed to do it and immediately found the appropriate equipment to make that possible. Our special request was granted with no questions asked. At the wedding, they were so professional and upbeat. They made the entire video process completely un-intrusive and quite fun. Words cannot even describe the final product they created. The video was the most beautiful piece of work I have ever seen. It captured all of our special moments. The video included color as well as black and white images. It also included interviews with family and friends, voice overs and a perfect music selection. It was a true work of art and it made my husband and I cry when we viewed it. I am still in awe as to how we could have received such a masterpiece for such a reasonable cost. Bill and I cannot even imagine there is another videography service that would come close to their work. Perhaps the most important compliment we can give is that working with Kathy and Jim was like having family do the work. They cared about us and our concerns and they captured each and every important highlight of our special day effortlessly and impeccably. If anyone is looking for videographers, look no more, call the Culhanes. There number is 878-4622. Thanks Kathy and Jim! You are wonderful! Lori and Bill Chandler
